Do Not Sell or Share My Info

This page exists because California’s CCPA/CPRA and similar state laws grant a right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising. Below: how that applies to this site, and how to act on it.
The Practice in Question
We should be clear about scope. Your personal information is not sold for money. Where advertising is served, though, identifiers may be shared with advertising partners, and because these laws define ‘sale’ and ‘sharing’ expansively, that sharing may fall within them. The opt-out is offered on that basis.
It applies across the whole of petcoatfit.com and to every reader of our coverage of Petcoatfit.
After You Opt Out
Opting out stops the sharing of advertising identifiers; it does not remove advertising from the site. You may still see ads, but they will be generic rather than selected from your browsing history. Nothing else about the site changes, and we do not degrade access or withhold content because you opted out.
Exercising the Opt-Out
Easiest first: switch on Global Privacy Control in your browser settings or via an extension — it is detected and honoured on every page load, automatically. Failing that, use the cookie banner where shown, or email hello@petcoatfit.com, subject line ‘Do Not Sell or Share’. We never require an account to process an opt-out.
The full list of applicable state rights lives in the State Privacy Notice.
